I'm Tanya, a Life, Job, and Comfort Coach based in Berlin, Germany. For a long time, I was part of the IT world, working as a QA Engineer, Backend Engineer, and Team Lead. However, the pressure took its toll, leading to burnout and a strong need for a life and career change. Now, I help people find new ways to live without grind and pressure. I strongly believe that there are no rules for how to be happy, successful, or beautiful.
When I became a team lead, I was given the opportunity to work with a coach to enhance my leadership skills. I found an exceptional coach, and our collaboration extended beyond the professional realm, encompassing aspects such as confidence, personal relationships, and physical health.
We worked together for 1.5 years, during which I realized my desire to acquire coaching skills to benefit my team of engineers and to share this knowledge with other teams. Unfortunately, at that time, the company I was employed with couldn't support my pursuit.
In 2023, I made the decision to redirect my focus towards my true passion: helping people. So I embarked on my own journey and enrolled in the Transformative Coaching course at Animas Centre for Coaching. As of the beginning of 2024, I have obtained certification as an official Animas Accredited Transformative Coach.
Now, I'm thrilled to be offering coaching services in various areas. For example, empowering clients to find that perfect work-life balance, kickstart or enhance their career, boost their confidence, and nurture self-esteem.
I offer coaching sessions lasting up to 60 minutes, either online or offline in Berlin cafes or while walking around the city. Typically, sessions are scheduled weekly or once every two weeks.
The price of one session starts at 40 EUR. If you are experiencing financial hardship, I am happy to discuss potential adjustments or alternatives, such as service exchanges.
I want my clients to be confident that coaching is the right tool for them and that I am the right specialist for their needs, so I offer the first two sessions for free!
Coaching is a process in which a coach helps clients achieve their goals by asking questions, supporting them, and reinforcing a sense of responsibility. Coaching inspires positive change, promotes self-awareness, and turns aspirations into reality.
Coaching is not a substitute for counselling, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
