Because venting to friends is great, but it can only do so much. Time for a challenger asking you the right questions along the way.

Ok, let’s unpack the black box.
Coaching isn’t about offering solutions (a.k.a. telling you what to do). It’s about empowering you to define and pursue what’s truly meaningful to you.
My job as a coach is to ask questions—challenging, precise, sometimes uncomfortable ones— until you stumble upon the truth you were secretly avoiding.
And venting to friends only help so far. ‘Cause your friends usually want you to feel better; a coach wants you to get clearer.
Having an unbiased view from a person who is not judging, who is there just to support you, listening and asking the right questions, will help unlock what’s already sitting under all that mist and fog clouding you head.
Because there are important reasons why you aren't doing what you "want" to do and coaching helps you see them and work through them. And because there are a lot of things to consider besides “just quit”.
Yes, it’s highly introspective, but also logical, structured and result-oriented.
No mysticism and manifesting involved (But, if it’s your jam, go for it, I don't judge).

Coaching can be helpful and applicable in scenarios like:

PS: Your coaching program can also be covered by your company’s learning budget. Together, we can prepare a personalized soft skills development plan—for example, focusing on confidence, public speaking, leadership skills, resilience, etc.—that aligns with your professional growth goals and qualifies for company reimbursement.

Coaching is a powerful, collaborative process that helps you uncover your true goals, align them with your strengths, and create actionable strategies to achieve them. Unlike mentoring or consulting, coaching isn’t about giving advice or sharing personal experiences - it’s about asking thought-provoking questions that guide you toward clarity and self-discovery.
While coaching can be transformative, it is not therapy or counseling and cannot serve as a substitute for them. Coaching focuses on achieving goals, personal growth, and creating strategies for the future. Therapy, on the other hand, often delves into healing past traumas, diagnosing mental health conditions, and managing psychological challenges. If you are struggling with mental health issues, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified therapist. Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but they serve different purposes.
Imagine you want to open a bakery:
Through coaching, you might realize it’s not the bakery you want but financial independence, community, or creative expression. A coach helps you explore these deeper truths, ensuring the steps you take are aligned with your authentic self. Coaching isn’t about offering solutions - it’s about empowering you to define and pursue what’s truly meaningful to you. It’s the right choice if you’re ready to reflect, explore, and take ownership of your unique journey.
Short answer: no. But I will brainstorm with you, challenging you to get curious, research and explore, talk to people and validate the hypothesis. My work is not to make you follow my decisions, but teach you how to make decisions on your own. I can offer the resources available to me upon your request - like sharing the professional experience, network or knowledge. But does it fit you best? That's your call to make.
