What do I offer?

I provide coaching sessions tailored to your needs, available both online and in person at Berlin cafés or during city walks. At present, I offer sessions in either English or Russian.

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or every two weeks for consistent progress.


Session Options and Pricing

  • 60-minute session: €60
  • 90-minute session: €80
  • Package options:  
    • 5 sessions (90 minutes each): €375
    • 10 sessions (90 minutes each): €700


What's Included

  • Detailed emailed summaries after each session, including key insights, action steps, and additional resources.
  • Coaching exercises tailored to your goals and challenges.
  • Personalized book recommendations to support your growth and learning.
  • Out-of-session online support to address any questions or reflections that arise between sessions.


Accessibility

If you are facing financial difficulties, I am open to discussing adjustments or alternatives, such as service exchanges, to make coaching accessible for you.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a powerful, collaborative process that helps you uncover your true goals, align them with your strengths, and create actionable strategies to achieve them. Unlike mentoring or consulting, coaching isn’t about giving advice or sharing personal experiences—it’s about asking thought-provoking questions that guide you toward clarity and self-discovery.

Coaching vs. Therapy
